We truly don't believe a new guitar is always your best option.
The majority of our guitars are either refurbished by the manufacturer, or overstock guitars sent out by the manufacturer. The benefits to you are enormous. These guitars have been checked out by luthiers and technicians several times prior to Southwest Acoustic Products receiving them. When we receive them, we inspect them both cosmetically and technically. There are new strings put on the guitar. The guitar is professionally set up and intonated, The action is set and optimized and the guitar is played to make sure that it is technically the best it should be.
Compare that to the "box" you purchase at a retail store. Not ready to play and the word NEW to us means NeverEverWorked. Our guitars are the same as new but really better. Comparable retail services will cost an additional $75 to $125, but at Southwest Acoustic Products, we consider it part of our service.
